I compacted a new start area for the annual cross country ski event that will be happening on February 19th this year. I will level it the next time I go up. There were 7 skiers out braving the -18C temperatures. It was -22C when I arrived at 9:30 this morning.
There were soft spots on the track after the big snowfall last weekend. I managed to shift the track over onto a firmer section today so it should be good. The Meadow Loop is groomed for classic skiing while Karls Loop has both a classic and skate track. No other trails are groomed.
